Very High Energy Gamma Ray Astronomy

Very High Energy (or just VHE) Astronomy is the study of the Universe’s most energetic radiation.

Typically, the photon energies taken care of in the VHE domain are between 100 GeV and 100 TeV.

The detectors able to study this energy range are both Imaging Atmospheric Cherenkov Telescopes (or just IACT) and High Altitude experiments.
